The third parties that process personal data on Prometiam's behalf: Supabase (accounts, authentication, API keys and usage), OVHcloud (the company-data server), Cloudflare (website, CDN, DNS), Stripe (payments), Zoho (e-mail), Anthropic (AI assistance in support and operations), Telegram (internal alerts that can include a customer's e-mail address), Better Stack (status monitoring), and the language-model providers behind the website assistant. Customers are told 30 days before a change.
