The terms under which the Prometiam company data API is provided.
The API is licensed for business verification, counterparty due diligence, KYB, anti-money-laundering screening and related compliance and risk workflows. Redistributing or reselling bulk registry data as a competing dataset is not permitted.
Each tier carries a monthly call quota and a per-minute rate limit — Free 1,000/month at 10 rpm, Starter €9.99 at 10,000/month and 60 rpm, Professional €29.99 at 100,000/month and 300 rpm, Scale €99.99 at 1,000,000/month and 600 rpm. Failed requests are not counted against quota. Exceeding a limit returns HTTP 429 rather than an overage charge.
Data is sourced from official public registers and refreshed daily, but Prometiam does not warrant that any record is complete or current at the moment of the call — registers themselves publish on their own schedules. Every record is traceable to its source so it can be verified.
Paid tiers are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period. There is no annual commitment.
