KYB & Sanctions API for Crypto & CASPs

Prometiam gives crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) the EU + UK company-data and sanctions layer for MiCA- and AMLR-aligned onboarding. Verify that a business customer or counterparty legally exists across six registries — Spain, France, the UK, Ireland, Poland, and Norway — and screen it against sanctions and US export-control lists in one API. Ireland and Poland are company-level only (no directors or beneficial ownership).

Scope and pricing

Prometiam covers the corporate (KYB) and sanctions side only. Retail KYC — natural-person identity verification and travel-rule messaging — is handled by separate vendors alongside it, and PEP screening is beta and Spain-only (no relatives or close associates, so not sufficient on its own for FATF), with no adverse-media screening. No single API makes a CASP MiCA-compliant. Public tiers run from a free plan (1,000 calls, no card) to Professional at €29.99/mo (100,000 calls); most CASPs fit Professional.
