Prometiam is a company data API for Europe. It unifies official company-registry data from six countries — Spain (BORME), France (BODACC), the United Kingdom (Companies House), Ireland (CRO), Poland (KRS) and Norway (Brønnøysundregistrene) — behind one API key and one response shape, so a company in Madrid and a company in Oslo come back with the same field names.
The product exists because verifying a European counterparty normally means one integration per country, a sales call per vendor, and pricing you cannot see until you have had it. Prometiam publishes its pricing, issues a key at signup, and lets you make the first call in about a minute.
Company search and detail, directors and officer history, UK PSC beneficial ownership, normalized corporate events, corporate insolvency across eight markets, VAT validation against VIES, LEI lookup against GLEIF, and sanctions plus US export-control screening across 44,000+ active designations refreshed daily.
There is no German company registry, no beneficial ownership outside the UK, and no credit scoring or estimated financials. PEP screening is beta and Spain-only. We would rather state the gaps than have you discover them in production.
Prometiam is built and run by Matías Maquieira. Get in touch, read the documentation, or see how data is secured.
