Self-serve needs no call. Regulated teams get one when they want it. Enterprise is the same API at a custom price, with the contract terms procurement asks for.

Read the trust centre, the DPA and the sub-processor list, and ask for the due-diligence pack.
Paper
A countersigned DPA is available on request. The terms of an Enterprise agreement are agreed with you.
Go live
Production keys, usage limits set in the contract, and the status page to follow.
