Infogreffe is the official portal of France's commercial-court registries: the source for the extrait Kbis, statuts, comptes annuels and procedures collectives, each carrying legal value no JSON response can replace. Prometiam does not issue documents, for France or any other country. It is a REST API for the underlying registry facts — company identity, status, officers, corporate events and French insolvency notices — in the same response shape across Spain, France, the UK, Ireland, Poland and Norway, with published prices from a free tier.
You need the extrait Kbis or another document with legal value, a French company's filed annual accounts, or a procedure collective exactly as the commercial court published it. Prometiam has no equivalent to any of these.
You want company data as JSON rather than a document, across more than France, in one API — with French insolvency notices, sanctions and export-control screening (beta), and portfolio monitoring for Spain, Ireland and Poland in the same integration.
Prometiam issues no documents of any kind. Insolvency notices are corporate only, across nine markets (FR, DE, GB, AT, CH, NO, FI, US, NL); Spain's concursal proceedings sit on a separate search endpoint. Beneficial ownership is the UK PSC register only — French officer data is not beneficial ownership. Monitoring covers Spain, Ireland and Poland, not France. Sanctions screening is beta; PEP screening is beta and Spain only, with no relatives or close associates.

Two derived signals on the Prometiam side, neither of them a rating: registry_compliance, which marks companies still on the register that stopped meeting their filing duties (Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Norway), and public procurement — Spanish contract awards by supplier, buyer, tax id, CPV code and date, plus a beta score for the contracting body itself in Spain and France.
