Breadth of data. Its pages describe contacts (a Finnish contact database), financial data collected from financial statements, group structures and owners, technology data, vehicle data, event data and a custom industry classification, where the Finnish record on Prometiam is the register record only. Nordic reach: its API lists Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Dutch databases. CRM connectors for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce, and a full developer surface: REST v3, OAuth 2.0 client credentials, a query language, asynchronous endpoints for full-country pulls, CSV, JSONL and XLSX export, a CLI and an MCP server.
A price you can see and start on. Prometiam publishes every tier from a 14-day trial (1,000 API calls per month, no credit card) through Starter at €9.99 a month to Scale at €99.99, monthly or annual. Vainu's pricing page lists API access under its CRM plan (from 4,200 EUR a year plus a 750 EUR onboarding fee) and its Data plan (custom), on 12-month auto-renewing subscriptions, and its help centre says API access is an additional feature not automatically included in a licence. Pricing is monthly or annual (ten months' price for twelve), with a 14-day trial (1,000 API calls per month, no credit card; subscribing keeps the same key working).
