The open data publishes no dates: a Pennsylvania record has no formation or dissolution date, and this page does not guess one.
A Pennsylvania company number is PA- and the filing number, ten digits with leading zeros: PA-0005489430 is New Pottstown King Buffet Inc. The filing number has no check digit, so only its shape is verified. A name works as well: type it and pick the match.
